Who we work with

Partners

Synthetic Pro Audio

Synthetic Pro Audio are a Pioneer DJ authorised equipment retailer based in Nottingham and they provide us with all of our industry standard equipment that we use for teaching. We are very grateful to have secured exclusive discount for our students and have built our own catalogue which will be distributed out to all of our schools in 2021. Big thank you to Steve and the rest of the team.

Hull Music service

We have been partnered with Hull Music service since 2017 and have built up a great working relationship. We have delivered many workshop experiences at the Albermarle music centre and they have funded us to hold placements at a number of their local pupil referral units and alternative provisions with the goal of reengaging students through music technology. Big thanks to James, Sean, Selina and the rest of the team

North Lincolnshire Music service

We have been working with NLMS since 2020 and we have since been funded to deliver DJ programmes working closely with the inclusion departments of 4 secondary schools. The incentive aims to improve the relationships between the Music Hub, the schools music departments and inclusion. We are really looking forward to developing our relationship wit them. Special thanks to Lisa, Helena and the rest of the team at NLMS.

East Riding Music Service

We have been in partnership with ERMS since 2018 and have delivered a range of workshop experiences at their venue with their local schools. We have previously been funded to deliver DJ programmes at various primary schools across East Riding and in 2021 we are set to hold placements at several of their alternative provisions and PRUS. They join us on our mission to re-engage the disengaged. Big thank you to Emma, Ben and all of the team at ERMS.

Leicestershire Music Service

We have worked with LMS since early 2019 and were funded to work in 3 pupil referral units across the city and 2 of which have continued to fund independently after their funding ended. We are so grateful to have our foot in the door with such a forward thinking Hub. Bradley and the rest of the team have been very welcoming and supportive from the start. Thank you to the Hub team.

Nottingham Music service

Students that evolve to level 4 will be able to independently beat match with minimal guidance. They will learn how to incorporate loops seamlessly and trigger hot cues to jump in-between certain points of a track. They will learn how chop beats to create complex rhythms using the volume faders whilst making use of full sound effects. Students will also learn how to establish them selves as artists, including creating an online presence, making use of websites like Soundcloud to showcase their DJ mixes. They will also learn how to download and source their own music and begin creating their own playlists independently.
