Creative Learning Through Music Technology
Noise Academy provides specialist music technology and creative enrichment for young people who benefit from a practical, engaging and personalised approach to learning.
Using DJing, music production and creative technology, we create positive learning experiences designed to build confidence, develop new skills and help young people engage through something they genuinely enjoy.
Our programmes can support young people in mainstream schools, SEND and SEMH settings, specialist education, Alternative Provision and EOTAS arrangements.
We predominantly deliver through outreach, with our specialist tutors and equipment going directly into schools and education settings. We can also offer selected programmes from our creative spaces in Lincoln and Selby.

Our Approach
Our programmes combine practical music technology skills with personal development. Sessions are designed around the interests, ability and engagement level of each young person, allowing them to progress at a pace that works for them.
Music gives young people an opportunity to explore their interests, express themselves and create something they can genuinely be proud of.
Learning new skills, completing projects and seeing genuine progression can help young people build confidence and a stronger sense of achievement.
Through 1:1, paired and small-group sessions, our tutors can adapt activities around each young person's interests, ability and learning style.
